1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour or service with Skyline Bengal Tours & Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment as specified in the tour package.

• Full payment is required before the tour commencement date.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and cash (for local bookings).

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15+ days before departure: 75% refund

• Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund

• Cancellations made within 7 days: 25% refund

• No refund for no-shows or cancellations on the day of departure

• Force majeure events may result in full refund or rescheduling

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents.

• For Sundarban tours, forest entry permits are arranged by us.

• International travelers must have valid passports and visas if required.

• We are not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

5. Health and Safety

• Customers must declare any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who pose a risk to themselves or others.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory.

• Customers participate in activities at their own risk.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Skyline Bengal Tours & Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party service providers.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package booked.

• We maintain appropriate insurance for our vehicles and operations.

7. Code of Conduct

• Customers must respect local customs, culture, and environment.

• Littering, damage to property, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Consumption of alcohol is not permitted during guided tours unless specified.

• Photography restrictions in certain areas must be respected.

8. Changes to Tours

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided when possible.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
